Foot Fungus Treatment – What You Need To Know

When you go out to the beach with your family this summer and burry your feet into the sand, it should be merely because of the pleasure of having the sand tickle your insides and not trying to conceal the irksome fungi infection but you better beware.

Tinea or Ringworm as it is popularly known is the name of the fungal infection caused due to the fungi growth on the outside layer of the nail or the skin. Damp areas like under the skin or under the nails are perfect conditions for fungus to strive and grow. A public washroom of the gym or the workplace is usually damp and is a perfect place for fungal infections to transmit from person to person.

You can also get fungal infection from your pets and other livestock’s. When animals are affected by such infections you might notice a hairless patch on their skin indicating the presence of fungal presence. Make sure you watch out for such patches.
