Then count back from 11 to 7. Keep breathing till you find your heart rate have slowed down, or the sweaty palms have dried off or everything seems to be back to normal.

It’s possible that you get yourself tangled up into stressy knot by yourself. If that is the case, then it’s time you fought some internal battle within yourself. Just face it! The things you keep imagining all day long and the way you get stressed out wondering the ‘consequences’ of those ‘imaginary’ perils, are less likely to happen. Or at least they don’t get so worse.
